This week, a new store is supporting Flesh and Blood! It's Troll Trader Bromley (TT)!

Jason Hamer (Judge / FaB UK Discord mod) and I have been on their case for a long time now to support FaB, as they are local to our area. Additionally, having TT support FaB would give players south of the river an arena after the closure of GR Camberwell.

After what is probably the 10th time I chased up about FaB, TT finally responded positively to supporting the game. Our persistence payed off!

I found out that TT had a recent change in management, and the new reign is very open to supporting new gaming communities like ours!

I met Erik, the new manager, in person. After a very constructive conversation, with information provided by Jason, TT said they will start supporting FaB play in store immediately!

At the moment, we will be doing on-demand games on Thursdays. But, TT is looking to do Armouries real soon, very exciting news!

The Journey

TT is easy for me to get to, as I'm local.

If you're coming down, it's likely you'll come down from Victoria, London Bridge, or Canon Street. Just take the train to Bromley South.

Once you're out of the station, turn right and walk up the high street.

It's a straight 5 minute walk until you reach The Mall, where TT is located.

The Store

TTBromley Storefront

The first thing you'll notice, walking into the store, is the huge amount of products that is in stock!

Lots of products in stock for wargaming and TCGs. Flesh and Blood incoming.

After all, the Troll Trader brand is a big secondhand miniature trading company. I was quite surprised, initially, to have found a physical store at all, as I know them to operate online. I later learnt that Troll Trader has a sister company that sells products for wargaming and run games as well, called TTCombat. That explains the physical store.

Because its originally a TTCombat gaming store, its predominantly Warhammer and other miniature wargaming products for sale, along with paints, primers and other tools for that trade.
But, there are also some accessories of interest to TCG players such as dice, sleeves and sealed products. Hoping they will stock FaB soon!

The store have a gaming area, of course. There are a whole load of tables for TCGs!

There are also 2 larger tables for wargaming.

Playing at TT will be free. Once there is Armoury support, the initial plan is to do £5 entry fee for Armouries, but with booster packs as additional prizes. This is similar to the model that Rule Zero is now doing, which I'm also very supportive of.

In our conversation, Eric also indicated that if the FaB community is around for a long time, we will be able to book tables to play Flesh and Blood on-demand as well, which will continue to be free.

Come down and play! Let's keep this store supporting our amazing game.
